Source: Gazprom to offer 40 bln rbl bonds on July 24

MOSCOW, Jul 19 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom will collect investors’ bids for 40 billion rubles of 30-year exchange bonds on July 24 from 11:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m., Moscow time, a banking source told PRIME on Thursday.

The issue carries semiannual coupons and a 7-year put offer.

The technical placement is preliminarily scheduled for July 31.

The indicative yield rate is a spread of no more than 80 basis points to zero coupon yield curve for 7-year state OFZ bonds.

Gazprombank, VTB Capital, Renaissance Capital and Sberbank CIB are the organizers.
